Sue Day (She/Her)
Associate Certified ADHD Coach
Sue was diagnosed with ADHD in 1988—long before doctors believed girls could have ADHD. For years, she ignored it, navigating a rollercoaster of dropping out of high school, a failed business, and eventual success in nonprofit finance that led to critical burnout.
That crisis became her turning point. Sue embraced her ADHD instead of fighting it, rediscovered her passion for helping people grow into their strengths, and trained at the ADD Coaching Academy (ADDCA). Sue is pursuing her Advanced ADHD Coaching certifications through the ICF and PAAC.
Now, Sue empowers neurodivergent adults to better understand themselves, reclaim their energy, and honor their wonderfully unique brains. She brings this philosophy to life both in her coaching practice and as the author of ‘ADHD Brilliance: A Journey Into Your Extraordinary Brain.’
